"The Little Monster Inside Me"

Do you know that part of you, the part that we sometimes would rather not have, the part that we neither feel nor know nor want to have?

I lovingly call this part "our little monster".

Our monster can manifest itself in the form of anger, jealousy, hatred, envy, rage, etc.

And we consider our little monster to be absolutely unfit for society.

On this constellation evening with healing journey we get to know this little monster within us.

Because whether we want it or not, our little monster inside us is part of us, and it probably wants anything but to harm us.

This constellation evening gives us the opportunity to come one step closer to ourselves, to accept ourselves one step more for a part that we cannot even accept ourselves, let alone think that anyone else can accept this part.
