"Just have to save the world for a minute..."

Who among us hasn't experienced this... and then we find ourselves stirring the pots of our fellow human beings instead of preparing our own food.

Helping is undoubtedly a very beautiful thing, but when it leads to us only spending our energy on others and no longer on ourselves, our strength begins to wane.

On this constellation evening, we look at which part of us wants to help to the point of self-sacrifice and bring healing to this part so that, even when we are there for other people or animals, we can stay in our energy better and decide a little more freely whether we should and want to participate in a situation at all.
