"What really nourishes me?"

We live in a society that places great importance on consumption in all forms. Consumption of food, consumption of media, cigarettes, chocolate, alcohol, etc.

However, this consumption often exceeds our actual daily use or what is healthy for us. The actual inner being that wants to be nourished is compensated by the attempt to nourish something external.

On this constellation evening we will look at what actually nourishes us, what our need to be nourished is and which compensation mechanisms need to be resolved in relation to the still prevailing inner emptiness.
